Empire ATM Group sells, places and services ATM equipment. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or do business with us, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Contact details you give us — your name, business name, phone number, email address and location — when you call us, fill in a form, or ask us to send you information. Call information. Calls to our main line are answered by an automated receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so we can return your call accurately and improve how we handle inquiries. Business information you share while discussing equipment, placement or processing.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, return your call, send you information you asked for, provide and support equipment and services, and keep our own business records.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, we may send you text messages relating to your inquiry — for example a link to our website, information you requested, or confirmation that someone will call you back.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are used only by Empire ATM Group to respond to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Most customers receive only a small number of messages, sent in response to a call or request.

Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our telephone and messaging providers, and our email provider — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need to for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices

Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
