Text message (SMS) terms
These terms apply to text messages sent by Empire ATM Group. What the program is. When you call Empire ATM Group and ask us to send you something by text — a link to our website, information about equipment or services, or confirmation that someone will call you back — we will text it to the mobile number you give us during that call. This is a customer care program. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked to hear from us.
How you consent.
You consent by calling Empire ATM Group on our published business number and asking, during the call, for information to be sent to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may decline and we will call or email you instead. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Most customers receive only a small number of messages, sent in response to a call or request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Empire ATM Group does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also ask us to stop by calling (732) 654-2600.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and to your handset.

Messages are supported on major US carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
Calls to our main line
Calls to our main line are answered by an automated receptionist. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so that we can return your call accurately, take messages, and improve our service. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us during the call or contact us by email instead.
Privacy
Information you give us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Empire ATM Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from messages sent under these terms.
